Warranty of SKMEI brand Watch （for wholesale customers only）:

Skmei products is high quality and have good reputation in the global market.

Generally, if there were any quality problems of the watches with 1 year after we delivery, you can send the watch back to our factory to exchange (within China) .

For foreign customers, considering the shipping cost of international is too much,within a year after receiving the goods, if the watches have quality defective , please send us videos and photos of the problem.We will check and after problem confirmed ,we will send new replacements to customers accordingly . Please noted that the replacements could be components of the defective parts for customers to repair. If the problem was unfixable even after the repairing,we will send new products accordingly. More details please contact our customer service.  FYI, for battery consume problems or troubles cause by human personal problems is not within the warranty scope.
